A flowing yoga class, moving in rhythm with the breath. The class starts and ends calmly, but in between there is a more vigorous series, respecting one’s own body and mind. The class includes familiar yoga elements, such as downward facing dog, sun salutations or chaturanga push-ups, but each participant does the exercise from their own starting point, so you get as much or as little out of the class as the student needs at that moment! A great class aside a dance class to increase strength, mobility and flexibility and to find strength and balance, and remind you that movement doesn’t always have to be super serious.
